The Rookie/Elementary School

1 hour: $35

Designed for the beginning athlete.

This curriculum lays the groundwork for athleticism and coordination while building confidence and self-esteem. Teaching the athlete  about body mechanics, running techniques, and body-weight exercises in a supportive, positive environment.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

Middle School/Junior Varsity

1 hour: $50

This curriculum is designed for Junior Varsity Players and involves more athletic movement, emphasizing power, speed, and strength. This program expands on the character development of the Rookie program and informs athletes about healthy lifestyles.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

SPEED & POWER

  • Increase agility and change of direction
  • Intermediate plyometric training
  • Linear acceleration and max velocity development

STRENGTH

  • Expansion of functional movement profile
  • Increase student’s ability to load force
  • Progressions of lifting and strength

MOVEMENT QUALITY & SKILL

  • Training in injury prevention
  • Development of coordination, rhythm, and balance
  • Increased conditioning capacity

Varsity/High School

1 hour: $65

This curriculum is designed to develop high-level power, speed, and strength through lifts and speed and agility programming.

  • Max velocity speed and advanced linear acceleration

STRENGTH

  • Advanced strength and conditioning program
