Designed for the beginning athlete.
This curriculum lays the groundwork for athleticism and coordination while building confidence and self-esteem. Teaching the athlete about body mechanics, running techniques, and body-weight exercises in a supportive, positive environment.

This curriculum is designed for Junior Varsity Players and involves more athletic movement, emphasizing power, speed, and strength. This program expands on the character development of the Rookie program and informs athletes about healthy lifestyles.
